A new course taught in Polish, based on the regulations of the Republic of Ireland, compliant with EU directives, is now available!
We are pleased to inform companies that delegate their employees or carry out projects in the Republic of Ireland that the Offshore Training Centre has made available an e-learning training course, “Manual Handling of Loads,” on its Educational Platform.
The regulations of the Republic of Ireland require employers to train all their employees performing tasks related to manual lifting and moving of loads, and that each such task is preceded by a risk assessment.
The definition of manual lifting and moving of loads is very broad, which means that almost every physical worker may need to undergo this training. Since the training covers regulations and obligations of employers, we encourage representatives of interested companies to familiarize themselves with it as well.
