The ‘Manual Handling of Loads’ training is an e-learning course designed for contract workers employed abroad, primarily in the Republic of Ireland.
The course is available in the Polish language
Certification
The certificate is issued by Offshore Training Centre in the English language and is available for self-printing upon passing the final test.
Manual Handling of Loads
The course is developed based on EU Directives and detailed regulations applicable in the Republic of Ireland.
It covers the following topics:
- Republic of Ireland regulations relating to the manual handling of loads
- Human anatomy
- Risk Assessment
- Manual lifting and moving of loads
- Principles and techniques of manual lifting and moving of loads
- Examples illustrating the correct principles of lifting and moving loads
- Final test
